I have the same problem with "Ugg" boots sent to me from China in a shabby box. I ordered them in the beginning of December and just received them today 2/4/11.

They are fake. Called local post office (USPS). They said to bring them into the local post office branch, and say, "I refuse this". They will take it from there, inspite of the address being in Chinese.

Then I called Chase credit card. They had credited my account already. Chase said, DO NOT RETURN, keep them because our US government is going to take them in 45 days.

They have a lot of complaints about this. So, I suggest for all of you to first call your cc and go from there.

My bank will reimburse me the anmount I spent on the boots which came---wrong size---wrong colour---not real UGGS but I have to send them back in order for my bank to credit me. I DON'T HAVE AN ADDRESS it was in chinese -- took it to my $ store and they said it's just a name of a person and the airport.

The post office won't ship unless I have an address (even for the airport) I have been looking and calling for hours now---airlines, hotels and no one has the address for the airport. I too ordered boots and they were knock-offs. My bank is assisting me on getting my $$$ back.

I want to send these *** knock-offs back as well. The EMS packing slip is in CHINESE. If there was a single asian thing on that web site I would have definately not ordered from those cheap and knock-off producing companies!! How and why does our government continue to let these people *** us in the ***???!!

I am soooo tired of their mass producing cheap *** attitudes. :(

I ordered a pair of boots as well on 11-19-2010 as everyone else credit card immediately charged & no boots and its now 1-7-2011 and I have no way to contact them. This was a gift for my step daughter.

everytime I try to log in it says fatal error. I've never had a problem ordering things online. You can bet I'll never go anywhere but sites I know I can trust.

Dont buy from these people unless you live in China and can call a Chinese customer service supposedly number! :(

I tried to purchase 2 pairs of Ugg boots for my 2 girls for Christmas and only recieved one pair. The pair that I received were not Ugg boots but a fake!!

I have never received the other pair and when I saw my bill it was for almost $10.00 more then my receipt says. There was a $20 charge for shipping and then an international charge of $1.81. The box that the boots came in said they were from China and it was all torn up.

I can't even get the sight to come up anymore and I am disbuting the charge with my credit card company. This company is a FRAUD and FAKE!!!!

Ordered two pair of boots over a month ago....I can't even email them anymore. Still no boots!!

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I did some "surfing" trying to save a little money this holiday season while getting a gift for my wife I knew she would love.

Unfortunately, the product never arrived - I can login and m order is pending but the money is already taken out of my account - $20 more than I authorized. I wish I did a search on the site first before I purchased.

I knew better but still didn't research them first. I feel horrible .....

I just received my fake uggs. I did come up with an e-mail address "my dailyboot@***.com." though I was not successful in getting my order stopped.

They claimed the boots had already been shipped. I am going on the website to see if there's any way to return these, but I doubt it. I challenged it with my cc co. I too learned an expensive lesson.

It took me a month to get my boots, but they did come and look great..I also contacted them at uggservice100@***.com and they responded to me and even gave me a shipping tracking number..My boots were sitting at my post office since before Xmas. So try and contact them there..

We order 2 pair from them and they showed up in 10 days. We were so happy because they were what they appeared to be.

There is an issue with the website because it in inactive after your order is placed, but nonetheless they are legitimate and were received. I placed another order for 2 more pairs and they took about 20 days the next time, but again were everything they claimed to be. Me and my daughter are very happy! I would just say, if you cant afford to loose the money, dont order them online, go to the store and pay double.

It was worth a try to me for the savings and if they wouldn't have showed up, then I guess lesson learned. Merry Christmas!

This is a note to say that after all that, my boots finally arrived today. This will be a good Christmas afterall. It took a while but we do have them now.

ditto to all teh above, but 7 weeks later mine came to the postoffice, I refused them today and had already filed a complaint with my bank that they are checking into and thankfully refunded my money! Getting the banks involved helps! ALso plan to report them to the FBI and get this site shut down so it can't scam us all over and over again!!

People, use a credit card, not a debit card when ordering online like that. Then you can at least dispute the charge and get your money back.

For those that did use a credit card, call you provider. You will get your money back!!!

I also ordered boots for my daughter on 12-3-10 and have not received them. Card was charged.

I am so upset. I can not afford to give her the only gift she wanted under our tree this year now.

Too many other bills, so I went out on a limb and took a chance. Now I have to find a way to let her down.

I concur with the other statements. You cannot track your order.

You never get a response when inquiring about your order and you will never receive your order. Also very tricky that they don't show shipping charges until you check your bank statement.

DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a pair of uggs for my daughter for christmas.

my cc was charged the day after i placed the orders, i have never been sent any kind of shipping info. i've went back to the website and have logged back on but i am not told that my userid and/or password isn't correct. i requested my p/w to be reset and now i'm getting the message that they have no record of me. i have sent messages from their website to "contact us" and i never have gotten any kind of reply.

now my messages to them aren't even going thru. this is a total scam!!!

Do not buy for this website. It's a total scam, there is no return address and when you email about a problem with your payment you get an automatic response from some Mary 655.

I was very clear that I requested a size 11 and they sent me a size 10 instead. I have sent more than 10 emails explaining to them their mistake and they failed to fix it (suggesting that I sell the wrong sized boots myself and re-order the size 11). On top of that they overcharged me $13 more than the list price and failed to credit me the money despite written promises. There is no available telephone number to speak with a supervisor.

Learn from my painful experience and stay away from this website.

I also purchased boots for my daughter on 11/11/10, purchase price of 75.00 and 20 shipping fee. As of 12/4/10 I haven't received the boots and newbboots99 has stopped responding to me emails.

The bad part is that, I used my debit card, so I'm don't have fraud protection. But i'm still going to try and dispute this. Sad part is, prior to my order. I checked the ugg site, and newboots99 was listed as an authorized dealer.

they have a way of hacking into the website. Lesson learn, I will pay full price its not worth the hassle.

I ordered boots from this New Boots 99 site as well, thinking I was getting a good deal. The boots are very cheap looking, definitely not UGGS.

We ordered boots for my daughter, they charged our card twice and we are still waiting-10 days later for the boots. We have started the process of stopping payment with our bank as of today.

Fake company, emails do not go through and none of theier links on any of the web pages work. Wish they were close by, have a large stick I would like to introduce them to.

The company is not authorized to sell ugg boots. I ordered a pair and found out before I received them that they were fake.

I have emailed them over 10 times and never received a response.

I finally contacted the bank an disputed the charges. When the order arrived the box was way to small for a pair of boots so I refused the delivery.

What a scam! Boots r very cheap and the fur falls out in patches!

I agree that everyone who's been ripped off by this outfit should file a complaint ASAP! I also reported that they operate under the pretense of an American website.

i have also been scammed by this company. i ordered my boots exactly 5 weeks and 1 day ago and i still havent gotten them.

This person/persons run like 13 websites, all look the same. I ordered from warmboots99.com and they sent fake UGGs for $108!! The original order was $80.

Going to log a complaint with the BBB...probably will never see the UGGS--but then when did I get one pair? WTF

I actually received received by UGGS today on Christmas Eve. I ordered them around Nov 25-26 and never heard anything from them.

I emailed and emailed and no response and then all of a sudden they came. I hope everyone else that has posted something will get their uggs also.

I too was scamed! Almost identical situation, I ordered mine in Nov 2010 and did receive a response saying to be patient,I had complained that the tracking ( which is also a farce) showed it was shipped and returned to China!

I was never notified of any attempt to deliver...of course..and after checking into the website, I should of noticed there was no contact number and none on my credit card bill either! For another $50 dollars I could of bought the real thing.

I had the same thing happen to me. They charged my credit card an extra $23.99.

i've tried to sign back onto the website and it says my userid & p/w isnt correct. i've requested a new p/w and when i put in my email address it says they have no record of my email address.

i've sent numerous messages to them on their "contact us" website and have yet to recieve anything from them. needless to say....the boots were a christmas gift for my daughter...merry christmas!!!!
